Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A is hiring Servers to join our team. This position is part-time and requires availability from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, helping others, and providing excellent service. All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Offer a friendly and enthusiastic welcome to all arriving guests.
• Receive and fulfill customer requests in a timely manner.
• Keep a close eye on the cleanliness levels of the counter, dining room, and restroom facilities.
• Abide by health and sanitation rules to preserve a secure and clean surrounding.
• Preserve personal understanding through regular in-house training sessions and remaining current with any modifications.
• Make sure that all designated opening or closing duties are finished promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Entry is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of majority, set at 18 years.
• Find fulfillment in conversing with individuals who cross your path.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with individuals and supporting their goals.
• Flourishing in a fast-moving setting.
• Capability to effectively convey information to both guests and team members.
