Job duties include

  • Carrying out tasks and ensuring that products and the quality of customer experiences are in harmony with the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and the Operator's vision.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to expedite task completion and ensure operational excellence is consistently achieved.
  • Complying with Chick-fil-A standards through the preparation, arrangement, and distribution of products at food stations.
  • Ensure that your messages are easily understood by both peers and superiors.
  • Stay upright without sitting for up to 5 hours.
  • Proficiency in basic math and measurement techniques is crucial.
  • Safeguard the restaurant's cleanliness and safety by mopping, sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and maintaining equipment.
